The crypts in your ten gallon tanks look great! As for the persistent algae issues in the 120p, have you been able to rule out having adequate flow and no dead zones throughout the tank? I may have missed it if you've changed your filters, but the Biomaster 600 and SunSun that are listed on page 1, from my understanding, don't produce a great deal of flow. I read that you have two outputs facing in opposite directions. This might result in some dead zones that don't carry adequate CO2 to the plants. Based on the other things you've already tried, I would continue to fertilize at your current rate, keep the light levels consistent, do a thorough vacuuming of the substrate to remove DOCs, and situate the outflows of the filters to ensure they are working together to create a gentle flow throughout the aquarium. Some algae seems to really thrive in dead spots. @Bolbi wrote a nice article on this topic. While he is specifically addressing a nano aquarium, it applies to larger volumes of water equally.
