Watching Rainbows grow and mature is one of the pleasures of the hobby. One day you glance at the tank and notice they have turned on the color to new level. Keeps going on for years too. They just get better and better.

I agree! I’m watching my boesmani mature and the colors keep changing, they still have a ways to go.

It's a really nice and easy going tank for the most part. Just need to keep up on water changes and find food that they will eat and limit the potential for parasites / disease and it's pretty smooth sailing.
