Looking for specific plant recommendations

I am planning my next tank and need some recommendations for a specific plant. I just don’t know enough and never really get the info I need from vendor sites. Any recommendations will be welcomed. Pictures of the plant in a/your tank would be awesome. Here is what I am looking for.

1. Height 2-6” (or easily trimmed to maintain that height)
2. Color, but not predominately red or predominately light green
3. Easier care is a plus
Tank will be CO2 injected

Anubias petite white is what I have in mind, but curious what else might be there.

Any Anubias is going to be a slow grower and will take a long time to start expanding out, if that's OK. Anubias white is a challenging plant, although @Dennis Wong has mastered it. Something that's a little easier but gives you that splash of white with the green is Anubias Nana Pinto. I'll try to get some photos of mine tomorrow and post them.

Bucephalandra comes in many colors and stay short, Anubias white petite and Hygrophila polysperma white are the two I've used recently. However, polysperma should be illegal if you're in the states.

Rotala florida, Staurogyne purple for purple hues. Florida is easily trimmed down to size.

Crypts have many color variations, Flamingo is pink, not too hard to grow, just slow.

Hygrophila chai is pink, but more troublesome plant for most folks.

Bunch of other variegated stuff like Variegated Eriocaulon vietnam, Variegated pearlweed, Variegated Microsorum umbrosum etc. The vietnam is easy to grow.

Blood vomit has attractive dual tone red/green
