I think most people see it and don't invest the time you need to see what it can really do. I also love it and recommend it often.
This is something I always preach. You need to practice aquascaping to get better and, frankly, to find what you like. This program lets you practice often and it allows you to flesh out your vision. Then you have something to go try to find in terms of hardscape and plants.

I think I played with it on my phone briefly and it’s just too much with your thumbs. Definitely a desktop endeavor
