Hello everyone. I'm a transplant from another planted tank forum which seems to be 'less active' than what I was used to and stumbled upon this forum which I must admit, seems pretty lively so far! I've been keeping fish (both salt and fresh) for roughly 40 years now in some capacity or another.

I very recently purchased a Planet Aquariums Mega Matrix 235g tank that I am planning to make into a high tech planted tank with a South American 'theme' of sorts. Centerpiece fish will be 3-5 Electric Blue Acara. Outside of that, I'm still working out the details, but I do plan to start a tank journal once I receive the tank in 4-6 weeks.

Other than that, I have a 75g high-tech planted rainbowfish tank as well as a breeding room with 5x20g tanks, 2x40g tanks and 6x10g tanks where my daughter and I have fun trying out breeding projects with all sorts of fish.
