Pale new growth

Hello guys what could be the cause of pale new growth?

My guess would be something with the balance of nutrients / chemistry of the water. I would never believe any suggestions from another forum user which claims to know what the exact cause is based on just two pictures. If you are really keen to know anything about the actual parameters of your water, buy a fresh water test kit of Oceamo (based in Austria). Will cost you 50 euros, but you get a detailed report and specific clues what might be off.

Together with this repost and a detailed overview of you tank some experts might have helpful suggestions.
