2026 Help Cover Our Costs Campaign Kick-Off 
Hi everyone,
It's that time of the year where I ask all of us to come together to help support our growing community by funding our costs of operation. We are a 100% member supported public charity (USA 501(c)(3) public charity) so it can't happen without us.
Here is where things stand:
Current funds: $671.30
Our current annual expenses:

We are running at just over a year's worth of expenses covered thanks to the wonderful and gracious support of our Supporting Members and those that have made additional donations. However, it is good practice to at least have a couple of years covered to make sure we have a buffer for contingencies and that's the purpose of this drive.
So, I ask you to please consider supporting our collective mission in one of two ways (or both), whatever you feel comfortable doing:
- Become a Supporting Member. It's $30 for the year and you get a cool badge, change of username color, a few site perks, a ScapeCrunch sticker and a warm feeling all year around. If you become a Supporting Member and want a sticker, please DM me with your name and address and I will mail it to you.
- Donate any amount to the Annual Cover Our Costs Drive. From today to June 30, 2026, we are asking for donations from our community that go 100% to cover our annual operating costs. Any amount is very much appreciated. As a small recognition of your donation, you will get a username badge indicating you supported this year.
